Handle supported inbound calls, capture caller information, organize summaries and route useful details to the business.
LINKERNO FEATURES
LINKERNO is built around one customer-operations record so calls, website inquiries, contacts, follow-up and account activity do not have to live in disconnected tools. Voice is the primary production channel today. Other channels are enabled only when the business configuration, safeguards and required approvals are ready.
Start with the customer channels that create the inquiry.
Handle supported inbound calls, capture caller information, organize summaries and route useful details to the business.
LINKERNO-owned website chat can use approved business knowledge, capture customer requests, create conversation records and capture contact details. A business can choose Web Chat in its client portal. LINKERNO keeps a new configuration in Shadow Mode until readiness checks pass, then can move it Live automatically. If a critical readiness condition is later lost, an opted-in channel returns to Shadow instead of continuing unsafely.
Supported calls, contacts, chat conversations and lead activity can be associated with the same LINKERNO business operations layer instead of requiring manual re-entry.
The goal is not only to answer, but to make the next useful action obvious.
Classify inbound opportunities, distinguish appointment requests from confirmed bookings, flag leads at risk and surface items that need attention.
Booking, SMS follow-up, warm transfer and callback are evaluated separately. A task stays in Shadow when its specific provider, approval or readiness condition is missing. When a supported capability becomes Ready, LINKERNO can move eligible Shadow tasks into the execution queue automatically.
Captured contacts and supported conversations are stored inside LINKERNO so the business can review what happened and what needs follow-up.
LINKERNO keeps the operating layer understandable for the business owner.
Store approved business information centrally and surface knowledge gaps instead of intentionally inventing an answer.
Review calls, conversations, billing, usage, messages and account settings from a private business dashboard.
Scheduled health checks, onboarding readiness, billing reconciliation, exception handling and guarded automation reduce routine manual work.
Signup is not just a contact form. LINKERNO creates the account and starts the setup workflow automatically, while high-impact external actions remain gated.
Your business record and client portal user are created immediately.
If a website is provided, LINKERNO prepares website knowledge, seeds the business profile and runs verification checks.
Email verification and safety checks are required before secure Stripe Checkout is prepared for the 7-day trial.
Voice and other customer-facing capabilities move forward only when the applicable readiness, provider and account gates pass.
A new paid phone number is not purchased merely because a workspace was created. Paid provisioning waits for the applicable readiness checks and recorded approval. Web Chat is prepared in Shadow Mode for new configurations. The business chooses whether to enable it, and LINKERNO can then handle the readiness-to-Live transition automatically without bypassing safety checks.
LINKERNO keeps business logic, lead records, knowledge and workflows inside the LINKERNO platform. Voice, messaging, AI, calendar and other providers can be connected through controlled adapters as they are validated.
Feature status can vary by account, plan, provider availability, business approval, compliance requirements and workflow. “Controlled rollout” and “Shadow” do not mean a feature is publicly active for every customer.
Start LINKERNOPHONE SETUP
LINKERNO is designed to let a business keep its existing customer-facing number whenever the supported connection method allows it. If a business chooses a new LINKERNO number, paid provisioning is deferred until the account passes readiness checks and the customer explicitly approves the purchase.
Recommended for established businesses that already advertise a phone number. The appropriate connection method can vary by carrier and setup.
A new number is not purchased merely because a signup or trial exists. Provisioning waits for readiness and customer approval.
Provider credentials stay server-side. Failed health checks stop provisioning instead of creating duplicate or unnecessary paid resources.
Phone provisioning is rolled out through controlled provider adapters. Availability and connection method depend on account configuration, provider support and readiness checks.
LINKERNO is building a guarded action layer so a qualified request can move toward booking, follow-up, transfer, maintenance or showing workflows without copying data by hand. External actions remain gated by readiness, provider health, confidence and applicable consent.
Creates idempotent action tasks and keeps customer-facing execution in Shadow Mode until required Live gates pass. Capability-level readiness can promote eligible Shadow tasks automatically when the required provider and account state become Ready.
Shows booking, follow-up, warm-transfer and callback readiness, queue state and the next blocking step so normal operations can stay automatic and exceptions are easier to find.
Businesses can configure booking hours, appointment length, minimum notice and booking horizon inside the client portal. LINKERNO generates available slots, prevents double booking and returns a provider-confirmed booking only after the requested slot passes schedule and conflict checks.
For eligible Retell + Native Calendar accounts, the AI can request real available slots during the live call, offer only those returned by LINKERNO, and confirm exactly the slot selected by the caller. Availability offers expire after 15 minutes, the selected slot is checked again immediately before booking, and only a provider-confirmed result is represented as booked.
For eligible Retell voice accounts, LINKERNO can reconcile one managed warm-transfer tool from the customer-approved destination and transfer rules, preserve unrelated provider tools, verify the provider configuration after change, and remove the managed transfer configuration when it is no longer eligible.
Detects changes on a connected business website, creates a review candidate and reruns testing before updated knowledge can affect production.
Beta and Controlled Rollout features are not presented as guaranteed Live capabilities until provider, compliance and quality requirements have been validated for the account. Native Calendar remains Shadow until the business enables it, valid booking hours exist and the normal Go-Live Gate passes. A requested appointment is not a confirmed slot until the booking provider confirms it, and overlapping confirmed appointments are rejected to prevent double booking. Live voice booking uses signed Retell tool requests, canonical tenant routing and short-lived server-side slot offers; the AI is not allowed to invent a business ID, appointment ID, offer token or slot ID. Warm transfer remains Shadow until the business has opted in, a valid destination and transfer rules exist, the Action Engine and Go-Live Gate pass, and the Retell provider configuration has been read back and verified. A warm transfer runs only during the live voice session; background replay is blocked, and a failed handoff must not be represented as successful.
LINKERNO is expanding the front-office operating layer upstream into discovery. AI Visibility starts with evidence we can observe today and keeps rankings, AI recommendations and business outcomes separate until they are actually measured.
Check public website access, search context, structured data, mobile setup and customer action paths. LINKERNO labels verified gaps separately from signals that were not measured.
Map an owner goal to LINKERNO capabilities and current evidence, including an already-saved website scan when it exists. AI Manager recommends a plan but does not authorize or execute external actions.
Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, business-profile, analytics and supported AI-observation evidence will be connected through provider-specific authorization and readiness states.
Website readiness is not search rank. Structured data is not proof of an AI recommendation. A recommendation is not execution.
See how AI Visibility, the AI Front Desk, customer context, follow-up and AI Manager fit into one service-business operating layer.
Client Portal can show evidence-based call, qualified-lead, provider-confirmed booking, bridged-transfer, follow-up response and won/lost metrics in one view. LINKERNO keeps attempts separate from confirmed outcomes so the dashboard does not turn activity into a false success metric.
LINKERNO prepares idempotent, evidence-bound CRM events for qualified leads, provider-confirmed bookings, provider-confirmed human handoffs, customer follow-up recoveries, and recorded won/lost outcomes. For explicitly approved businesses, a guarded HTTPS delivery adapter can transmit these limited events with an idempotency key, signature, bounded retries and provider-response evidence. Availability still depends on account configuration and compatible endpoint mapping.
LINKERNO distinguishes configured, tested, Shadow, Live and blocked CRM states. HighLevel native execution is controlled and account-gated. HubSpot remains readiness-only until its native authorization and delivery adapter ship. ServiceTitan requires the provider-approved integration path.
LINKERNO AI WORKFORCE
Linkerno keeps the explanation centered on the customer journey: inquiry, context, opportunity, action, outcome and attribution - not a pile of disconnected feature names.
Linkerno is LINKERNO's product guide and brand spokesperson. Recommendations are not proof that an external action or business outcome has already occurred.
